Growing up surrounded by the natural beauty of Cornwall, I’ve always felt a strong connection to nature. That connection continues to shape how I live and support others—grounding my approach in balance, awareness, and intentional wellbeing.

Yoga and holistic practices have been transformative, offering a path of self-discovery, resilience, and support. They naturally led me to Ayurveda—an ancient system that sees health as the harmony of mind, body, and spirit.

Massage and bodywork are a key part of what I offer, with each treatment tailored to the individual. I work with a blend of techniques including Abhyanga, Ayurvedic yoga massage, deep tissue, holistic, and Swedish massage to release tension and restore balance.

I also offer sound therapy and energy work as standalone treatments, supporting not just the physical body but a deeper sense of alignment and inner harmony..

Yoga Ninja qualified in RYT-200 Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Hi I’m Gemini, yoga ninja qualified in RYT-200 vinyasa flow yoga. My particular area of interest is helping people over come fears of being upside down and balancing on their hands. Not because it looks cool, but because overcoming the fear of falling really can help us both on and off the mat. I’m also a qualified pole instructor and find the two go hand in hand. My asana classes are interwoven with playtime, strength and sass; students can expect to have fun whilst practicing. My other job as an A-level Economics Teacher keeps me grounded and I enjoy sharing my passion of asana practice with the young people I teach.

Hello My name is Anna. My yoga journey started over 14 years ago, as my own practised deepened I became curious as to how and why yoga could make me feel so good in my body and mind,.I embarked on a trip to India where I lived and studied the anatomy, philosophy and the science behind yoga, which led me to complete my teacher training whilst living there.

My classes are designed to allow you to move the body in way that is accessible to all levels, regardless of age, gender, bodyshape and fitness level. For me one of the most important aspect of my classes is the mind body connection. Yoga allows us to create space in our bodies and our minds ,when we create space we can gain clarity and peace and in todays world of enormous upheaval and change it is essential that we all slow down . I wish to give my students the space to experience not only the physical but also the wonderful mental benefits of yoga.

KATE KNOWLES

Yoga Teacher

Kate Knowles loved her first yoga class in Liverpool with Jacqui Crescenti, which sparked the seed for further study, with Val McLeod and Janet Irlam on the Wirral. Their classes inspired Kate to undertake further training, qualifying as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2007, having trained with Rosemary Bennett (www.bwy.org.uk). 

Kate has been teaching since 2004, simultaneously working part time as an Environmental Officer doing landfill site monitoring for the local authority.  In 2019 she took the leap to become a full time yoga teacher, and doesn’t miss working outdoors in the winter at all ! Since 2004 Kate has undertaken multiple training courses – see below for the list of qualifications.

In 2020 Kate was voted in as the British Wheel of Yoga representative for North Wales.. 

Outside of yoga, Kate enjoys gardening, hiking, swimming, crochet, meeting friends, cinema and reading.

Kate’s First Aid training qualifications are always up to date.
