A gentle yoga & movement class, suitable for everyone.
Dynamic Vinyasa
For those that wants a more challenging class, Vinyasa is a longer & stronger yoga sequence with each class having a different theme or Apex pose.
Yin Yoga
A very slow Yoga, taking your time in longer holds, using breath, stillness & softness to move deeper.
Forest
A slower but strong sequence, deeply healing & opening.
Rocket
A strong & fast sequence, work towards those more challenging poses.
